PREINSPECTION

Before starting the cleaning process, The carpet is thoroughly inspected, paying close attention to any special areas of concern.

PRECONDITIONING

Specially formulated preconditioning agents are heated and applied,using liberal amounts on traffic areas to lubricate and break down soils and oils to ensure maximum soil removal.

SPOT REMOVAL

Special cleaning solutions are applied to stubborn spots to assist in their removal, when possible, during the regular cleaning process.

FURNITURE MOVING

Please remove small items of furniture and breakable items. Some items such as pianos and china cabinets cannot be moved. Your furniture will be protected from moisture with blocks or tabs.

HEAVY DUTY HOT WATER EXTRACTION (STEAM CLEANING)

Our Truck-mounted Powermatic Legacy 2100 will be used to ensure maximal soil removal and minimal drying time.

POST INSPECTION AND SPOTTING TREATMENT

Before leaving, the carpet is thoroughly inspected, and any remaining stubborn spots will be treated.

CARPET GROOMING

A professional brush will be to restore the fluff and nap set of the carpet pile. This assists in drying and gives the carpet a groomed finished look.
